Alvaro Noboa finalized his campaign in two provinces. In the morning he was in Portoviejo (Manabi) where he took part in a parade and then later he attended a rally in Manabi Avenue and Quito. Later, he returned to the principal port city where, together with his wife and running mate, Anabella Azín, he toured various streets of the city in motor cavalcade.
