Álvaro Noboa Promises To Instill Respect For The Constitution And To Serve Ecuadorians To Achieve A Better Future 

PRIAN Presidential candidate, Álvaro Noboa, held a press conference at 2pm to close his electoral campaign. The encounter was in the Redondel del Ciclista sector close to the Petrocomercial area.

In statements to the press, the PRIANist leader promised that his government would advocate for the interests and wellbeing of Ecuadorian, as well as making sure the Constitution was fulfilled, at the same time that he would put his “Álvaro Noboa” plan in gear, which consists of reactivating the economy of the country, attracting two thousand companies, ending crime and unemployment, raising the Human Development Voucher to $100, among other measures.

“Vow of commitment:  Today, February 12, 2013, in the city of Quito, I, Álvaro Noboa Pontón, firmly commit to carrying out what will be necessary to achieve the wellbeing of the Ecuadorian people.”

He stated, “My only interest is to serve and I remain firm in what I once promised to God:  nothing and no one will prevent that from being. I will demonstrate, through acts, that my government will be the end of so many abuses of power; I will demonstrate that the Ecuadorian people will be freed from the yoke to which they have been submitted; I will demonstrate that via my actions, that I possess the capacity and the knowledge necessary to capture the world of the Ecuadorians, generating sources of jobs in order to raise the self-esteem of the Ecuadorian people.  I will fulfill the Constitution of the Republic; I will annihilate any intention that does not have to do with the idea of serving…. Ecuadorian, on the day of February 17, I will be elected your President. Thanks to you, to your hearts, and the great support of all of Ecuador,” concluded Noboa.

Álvaro Noboa, together with his wife and running mate, Annabella Azín, and the candidates from Pichincha for the Assembly toured the principal streets and avenues of Quito, including Granados, 6 de Diciembre, Naciones Unidas, Los Shyris, Eloy Alfaro, 10 de Agosto, Guayaquil, Rocafuerte, García Moreno, 5 de Junio, Rodrigo de Chávez, Mariscal Sucre, Michelena, Tnte. Hugo Ortiz, Cardenal De la Torre, calle Alemán, and concluding the Triumphal parade at 5pm in the “J” sector of Solanda.
