BANANERA NOBOA EXPORTING COMPANY WILL APPEAR BEFORE THE INTERNATIONAL EMBASSIES TO REQUEST THEIR SUPPORT IN THE INVESTIGATION OF THE SOURCE OF THE FUNDS USED BY THE BUYERS IN THE AUCTIONS CARRIED OUT BY THE SRI.
Before the embarrassing developments of public knowledge, starred by the SRI, in the past weeks, where it has convened fraudulent auctions of property that belong to third parties, wrongly linked to BANANERA NOBOA EXPORTING COMPANY, and that have been acquired by people to whom nobody, NEVER, has required the justification of the source of the thousands of dollars they have spent in luxury cars, airplanes, boats and other assets, BANANERA NOBOA EXPORTING COMPANY announce to the nation that it will appear before the international embassies to request their support in the investigation of the funds used by the buyers in the auctions carried out by the SRI, who, mostly, have declared zero or minimal quantities of Income Tax in the past years. These buyers must justify the source of those funds.
Just certain names have been revealed of the fraudulent buyers. We demand from the SRI to reveal all the names and identity card numbers of each of the buyers, and also their tax returns of the last five years.
From now we state that these auctions are null and illegal because they have several vices of nullity.
WE ALERT THE CITIZENS TO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE AUCTION OF THE 7 LOTS LOCATED IN THE PLAYAS CANTON, OR ANY FUTURE AUCTION, BECAUSE LIKEWISE THE OTHER AUCTIONS, THEY WILL BE NULL AND ILLEGAL.
