The PRIAN Presidential candidate, Álvaro Noboa, toured the province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas this afternoon, together with Assembly Member candidates from said province.
In declarations to the press, Noboa committed himself to building a university in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, and to promoting the areas of agriculture and tourism in a city that has grown so much and which he loves dearly.
“I am here in Santo Domingo de los Colorados. Today, I received the greatest amount of affection and one of the biggest parades of my tours. First of all, I commit to Santo Domingo in putting a university in this great province; second, I commit myself to helping them in the agricultural area because they have already had six years of losing farmers throughout the country because of the poor commercialization and because of the high cost of supplies because of taxes; and third, I commit myself to developing tourism in the city which is so beautiful and has grown so much in the last years, and that I love dearly.”

Today, I have received the greatest amount of affection and the largest parade ever, now that I’ve come to Santo Domingo.
