Therefore, I am happy and optimistic. I am going to win the second electoral round as well, and will be the next President of Ecuador in order to bring the poor out of poverty.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The candidate<\/strong> recalled that <strong>Assembly Members had been drawn from El Oro<\/strong> and that he is sure <strong>he will win in 2013<\/strong> in order to work for this banana-producing province.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cI am a banana producer and therefore will do everything necessary to protect the banana producers, the shrimp producers, and all of the agricultural, commercial, industrial and tourist zones of the province of El Oro.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qjpisSHewWQ\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TEXTUAL TRANSCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ecuadorians, after conducting a tour of Guayaquil, I have come to the El Oro Province where I will stay today, this first day of the electoral campaign, and tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>I have good news for you in that, according to the latest opinion polls, Rafael Correa is at 32%, \u00c1lvaro Noboa is at 26%, Guillermo Lasso is at 9%, and Lucio Guti\u00e9rrez is at 7%.
