Over the last six years, the Government has abandoned these neighborhoods. The streets are unpaved; there are no basic services; there are no gutters for rain water;\u00a0 there are no basic services that function. Under my government, I will create a special fund for paving all these street; to be able to create a system for rain water; systems for waste water; systems for drinking water; and all the basic services.
