In the Lomas de la Florida sector, the PRIAN candidate greeted thousands of sympathizers and made statements.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c1lvaro Noboa stated:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSix years ago there were a million unemployed who were collecting the Human Development Voucher; today there are two million collecting the Voucher.
