Alvaro Noboa gave a speech, asking political leaders from other parties and the public in general to assist to a national assembly on May 25th, 2012.
I Alvaro Noboa, invite to a National Assembly the following persons in all Ecuador:
– Parish, cantonal and provincial leaders of the political party PRIAN.
– Independent citizens.
– Parish, cantonal, provincial and nationals leaders of other political parties, political movements, youth college, youth in general, labor leaders, union, neighborhood, carriers, teachers, civil servants, artisans, retirees, farmers, traders, unemployed, sub -employees, social movements, indigenous, Afro and all the people of Ecuador.
