Alvaro Noboa proposes a constitutional change to be President

The leader of the Adelante Ecuatoriano Adelante party, Alvaro Noboa, posted a video on his official Facebook page in which he warned that the next elected president will not have popular support, and proceeded to make a singular proposal.
In a video of four and a half minutes, the five-time presidential hopeful proposes that the next National Assembly Members request the resignation of the new president and with the aid of a constitutional change, he is elected as the new Head of State. So that this is approved by the Assembly, he says that his movement will have a majority in parliament.
Noboa stated the lack of support that the new president will have on his tours and, he ensures that many people ask him to be the new president. “I sacrificed myself not to divide the opposition,” recalls Noboa.
The slogan of the candidates for legislators of the party is that they will be the #OjoSeco (#Watchdog) of the parliament so that the new president fulfills her/his promises.
