Ecuadorians in the history of my life, through the Cruzada Nueva Humanidad Foundation, we have helped hundreds of thousands of Ecuadorians, with free medicine and free doctors. There are people who die for lack of money for $ 2, we have to modernize Ecuador’s health systems and make Ecuador one of the world leaders in health.
