The PRIAN Presidential candidate, Alvaro Noboa, together with Assembly Member candidates, toured District 1 North in the city of Quito. Noboa began his tour in the main entrance to La Roldós, where he attended to the media and stated the following:
“In order to get out of poverty and for the young people of Ecuador to have free education, without entrance exams and without restricted places, we need to end Correa’s mandate.”
In order to end unemployment, and so that there is worthy employment for everyone, we have to end Correa’s mandate. In order for Ecuador to have freedom of the press, so that nobody is manipulating the justice system, we have to end Correa’s mandate.
In order to end crime and insecurity, that has never been as bad as under this government, we have to end Correa’s mandate
For the rights of teachers, of policemen, of public employees to be restored, and in order for them to have a fair retirement, we have to end Correa’s mandate.
In order to keep the dollar and not return to the sucre, like Correa wants, in order to have asphalted streets on the coast of Ecuador, potable water, curbs and drainage for used waters, we need to end Correa’s mandate.
I will assign public funds to the municipalities so that there be no more poverty, so that everyone in Ecuador will have housing in good neighborhoods, so that everyone will have employment and live honorably, we have to end Correa’s mandate and vote for Álvaro Noboa for President and vote for all of 7.”
Álvaro Noboa continued his tour with the La Roldós market , followed by Pisuli, El Rancho 1, 2 and e, Colinas del Norte and finally ending in the Cotocollao Boulevard.
Ecuadorians, if we want to escape poverty, we need to remove Correa from power!
If we want free university education, without entrance exams nor restricted places, and for each citizen to choose the degree that they wish, we need to remove Correa from power!
If we want farmers to earn money, and not to continue losing money like they are losing it now because they are not paid fair prices, and because of the high cost of supplies, we need to remove Correa from power!
If we want employment, which this Government is not providing, given that before there were a million unemployed receiving the Voucher and now there are 2 million, in order to achieve employment, we need to remove Correa from power!
If we want the prices of basic goods and basic electrical appliances to come down, which are so high because of the number of taxes and the inflation that exists in this country, we need to remove Correa from power!
If we want to end corruption, which has blossomed in this Goverment, we need to remove Correa from power!
If we want to return to teachers the rights that they have lost, we need to remove Correa from power!
If we want retirees to receive a fair and well-paid pension, we need to remove Correa from power!
If we want the poverty-stricken neighborhoods to end, that above all occur in the east and along the coast of Ecuador, neighborhoods that are mud swamps, that aren’t paved, neighborhoods in which there is no drinking water, where there is no sewer system, where there are no rain gutters, we need to remove Correa from power!
Because in my Presidency, all that is going to change, and that’s why I’m going to beat Correa!
