Álvaro Noboa Tours Riobamba

The PRIAN Presidential candidate, Álvaro Noboa, together with national and Assembly Member candidates for Chimborazo toured the principal streets of the Riobamba region today. Afterwards, he aimed for the Riobamba’s Central Park, in front of the Maldonado School, where he talked to the pres.

“In the province of Chimborazo, according to the polls carried out yesterday, we are in first place and that fills me with satisfaction because, here, I have struck the “Noboa Plan”  of reactivating the economy, of bringing two thousand companies to the country and two million jobs, that will also end unemployment and with the crime that is a product of unemployment. Within the Noboa Plan, university is free and young students can choose what they want to study, without entrance exams. We want peace in Ecuador, not high-handedness. You reap what you sow, and the sad events en Quinindé, the day before yesterday, that those of List 35 have tried to cover up, is a very clear symbol of the incumbent candidate’s highhandedness, the class war, the persecution and all the amount of violence that he has generated from which stems the crime, the insecurity of the country.

Before the incumbent candidate entered into power, there were a million unemployed receiving the Voucher. I offer a Voucher of US $100 because under my government there are not going to be unemployed people. The few unemployed people are going to represent a small number receiving a $100 from the Treasury.

This province, like the majority in the country, deserves to have large companies like Apple, Johnson & Johnson, Sony, etc. companies that, throughout the world have hundreds of thousands of employees, who don’t invest in this country because of the lack of judicial guarantees,” stated Noboa.
